TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservations, Deposits and Final Payments                  

Reservations should be followed by a 50% deposit to hold your tour reservation.  The deposit is fully applied against your final payment.  Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to tour departure.

Cancellations and Refunds                                                              

If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the tour, the tour deposit is refundable.  If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to departure you will forfeit 25% of the tour price.  No refunds are possible for a no show or for unused portions of your tour.

We reserve the right to change the itinerary and hotels without prior notification.  All tours subject to availability.
